As always, a wonderful night out with great food service and atmosphere . Celebrating my birthday and they brought out baked Alaska, so good 😊

My girlfriend and I haven’t been to a Benihana’s in 10 years. 10 years later, they are still going stronger than ever. As soon as we stepped in, I could immediately smell the delicious aroma. Despite frequent power issues, leading to computer issues, they did not let it stop them from putting on an amazing show, performing with amazing service, and cooking the most amazing hibachi stir fry anywhere. I am in the culinary business myself and the hibachi shrimp was absolutely to die for, cooked to perfection and flavored with love. My girlfriend also tried their sushi for the first time which neither of us have ever had. They have some of the best sushi I have ever tasted. But my absolute favorite is still their amazing mustard sauce. I could eat with that sauce absolutely all day. Benihana still remains one of my top favorite restaurant spots to visit. Thank you so much for an amazing meal and experience!

My partner and I ate there for an early, low key New Year's Eve dinner. We order a lot of food but that enabled us to try more variety, and then we had enough for another dinner at home the next night. We started with Crab Soup with Fish Maw. Delicious, and generous amount of crab. It was hard to stop with one bowl but we had to leave room for the other dishes. The Sea Scallops with Asparagus was also excellent. We ate all the scallops and took home some of the asparagus. Then came half a Roasted Duck which was a lot of skin and fat. It was better as leftovers when we could cook a lot of the fat down. We also ordered a side of Pea Leaves in Special Sauce. They tasted like peas but much more delicate, which we enjoyed. If we weren't passing through we would already have plans to return.

We had a good time! Excellent waiter! Food was very good. The individual pizza dough was not its usual good self. Not cooked enough. My chicken parmesan was slightly too well done. The hamburger, French fries, pasta, salad and individual bazookie were delicious.

Today we celebrated my godmother's 83rd birthday. Our server Pedro was great!
