We enjoy all the Capital Grille locations we’ve tried. Charlotte was excellent. Attentive service, good food, and good variety. The steak salad is my husband’s favorite

I ordered the 8 Oz filet last night. Asked them to butterfly it and cook it medium well with thin pink line. It came out medium rare.

We had a wonderful time at RC We went while in Charlotte Summer was a real pro She had help from Fran and Matt Both were on the game Delightful as always!!

I really enjoyed celebrating my birthday at Chima Steak House. The servers was welcoming, the salad bar was freshly set up at all times, very friendly environment. The food was delicious and well seasoned. I will definitely revisit Chima, I hope valet parking would be resuming back soon.

Great food and nice atmosphere. Host was accommodating as we were running late and they were willing to adjust our reservation time.

Friendly staff from check in to payment. Had a lot of dishes. The only average to below average one was Hanger Steak which has been good in past but this time was closer to shoe leather.
