My companion and I were visiting Cincinnati and chose Pepp & Dolores for dinner. The vibe was wonderful when we walked in and the host ensured we were happy with where we were being seated. Our server, Jennifer was friendly and attentive and made excellent suggestions. This menu was outstanding! We split the greens and beans and shared the Artichokes alla Guidia. Both were phenomenal! My date had the butternut and mascarpone pasta, and I had the lobster pasta. Easily one of the top pasta dishes of my life! Pacing was lovely, but we lost track of time and had to wrap up quickly. Jennifer was prompt and got us settled up quickly. 10/10 would dine here again! Can’t wait to dine here again, actually!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience at Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! We truly could not have asked for a more enjoyable evening. First, the food was absolutely delicious! Our steaks were cooked to perfection, and everything we ordered was exceptional. But what really stood out to us was the outstanding service and incredible attention to detail. The timing of everything was simply remarkable. From the moment our drinks arrived, to the timely refills, to our salads being served, and finally our perfectly prepared steaks, everything flowed so smoothly. Even the timing of clearing our plates was impeccable. We never once felt rushed, and we never had to ask for anything. It was as though the staff anticipated our every need before we even realized it ourselves. The atmosphere made our evening even more special. It was quiet, relaxing, and private, which allowed us to enjoy our time together without distractions. What impressed us most was how effortlessly the entire staff worked together to provide such an exceptional dining experience. It takes a great deal of dedication, teamwork, and professionalism to make everything appear so seamless, and we certainly noticed and appreciated it. We also took advantage of the valet parking, which made our arrival and departure so convenient and stress-free. We want to extend our sincerest appreciation to everyone who helped make our evening so memorable. You truly made us feel valued and welcomed. It wasn’t just the wonderful food that made this experience special; it was the care, kindness, and attention given to every little detail. Thank you, Jeff Ruby’s, for an unforgettable evening. You have truly set the standard for what an exceptional dining experience should be. We look forward to returning!

This was our first visit, but it won't be our last! The food was absolutely delicious! Rachel, our server, was great! Professional and friendly, and always happy to answer our questions!!

We scored 2 seats at the bar before a concert & Conner (one of the bartenders) took great care of us! Cozy, perfect, delicious, great energy!
