Allora's partner, Acute Farm in Hammondsport, NY will labor to provide so many of the fresh ingredients we will serve along with many other small, family farms from the Finger Lakes region.     What a beautiful location! The dining room had sweeping views of Seneca Lake. The menu was varied enough for anyone to find something to eat. I chose the salmon and it was an excellent choice. I paired it with the Riesling and my meal was complete. Everything was wonderful. We were not rushed which made the dining experience that much more pleasant. I would return here for another meal and more of the Riesling wine. Fantastic!
