    Top Hatter is one of our favorite restaurants. We had a little bit of a snafu when we went once for Valentine’s Day that was a little bit offputting where there was tip added to our check after we’ve already signed and left after several issues with being charged on different receipts. But we gave him another go and did not disappoint. The food was so tasty and the service was lovely and the ambience was top-notch.

    The food was excellent! However, seating is very limited (outdoor only and not for more than 5-7 customers at a time). Parking can also be challenging. For this reason, I would recommend carry out.
