Located in the heart of Islamorada at mile marker 81.6, Pierre's Restaurant is set amidst a glorious, palm-lined beach overlooking blue waters, with walking paths through tropical flowers and a thatched forest. The two-story exterior resembles the old colonial style residences found in West Africa, but its interior reflects different cultures from around the world. Pierre's offers fine dining on the second floor. Guests may enjoy meals indoors, or on the balcony-accompanied by Islamorada's spectacular sunsets and tropical views. The Green Flash Lounge serves guests on the main floor and the downstairs veranda. Outdoor seating is first come, first served and not available to be reserved.

    Excellent menu including a wide variety of nigiri, sashimi and rolls. Other highlights included Wagyu beef tataki and crispy rice with tuna. We had a group of twelve including five young children and our server was outstanding. A delightful experience.

    My family and I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience here! The view, staff, food, and drinks were all phenomenal! It’s the fun Islamorada vibe that we love, but slightly more polished than other waterfront dining spots in the area. 10/10! We will be visiting again!
