The Risotto ai Gamberi was rich and silky with sweet prawns, the Sogliola di Dover alla Griglia was delicate and perfectly grilled, and the Agnello al Marsala was tender with a deep, glossy sauce. The staff were attentive without hovering, and it’s clear the whole team takes pride in what they do. Outstanding Italian cooking and an evening we didn’t want to end.
