    This was our first visit to Far Western Tavern for my wife and I. The Overall ambiance was very amazing, the bar was beautiful and the decorations throughout made you feel like you are in a true old time steakhouse. The service was prompt, Our waiter was so genuine, And the food was absolutely amazing. Coming from the Santa Barbara area, We find that restaurants in our own town are over priced and not so amazing. The Far Western Tavern did not disappoint and for all the food that we got the value was superb. I had the Bullseye steak and my wife had the lobster dinner. Tremendously good side dishes were offered as part of the meal, rather than expensive add ons. If you find yourself in wonderful Old Orcutt in Santa Maria please stop by and visit this place.

    We were a party of 8 and sat in the Captain’s Room. One of our guests said it was the best margarita pizza they have ever eaten. Chicken skewers, ahi and salmon salads were equally delicious. Jacob was our server and very attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant.
