At over 2150 square feet, which opens onto a 2530 square foot tree-shaded GARDEN, the new Ladurée consists not only of a lovely boutique, but also a tea salon and restaurant.
This exclusive address will offer several salons of exceptional character, each with its own decorative ambiance, in the Ladurée style.
All the rooms are decorated with custom-made furniture and unique pieces, collected from the finest Parisian antique shops.
The garden at the Soho Laduree is truly beautiful. It is amost like being in Paris. The food is very good, the service is wonderfuland the atmoshere is amazing!
Absolutely thrilled we ate brunch here! My daughter recommended it and it was perfect! Best French toast and macaroons we’ve ever had!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE. It was perfection all around. Service was on point and sitting in the garden is beautiful. They feed you a lot of food so there is value to eating here. The drinks were strong and generous. The desserts were beyond.
It's pricey but so worth it. Lauduree SOHO made a beautiful MEMORY. Thank you!!!!
Café with nice garden. Unfortunatly a name well known is no garantee for top class service and food.
Laduree is a beautiful place. I love coming here for tea and desert. This time around we ordered some food also. It is so so. This was the first time anywhere I did not like Eggs Benedict. It was flavorless. The hollandaise souce was boring in taste. However, we also ordered Croque Monsieur, which tasted very good. Otherwise, the tea, the desert and the atmosphere was very nice.
I made a reservation for myself and 3 friends, one of which was very pregnant. We all showed up on time for our reservation and still had to wait an additional hour. They told us that they don’t usually let people sit while waiting for a reservation but since my friend was very pregnant they would allow it. It was odd how they acted like they were doing us a favor. They then continued to seat other guests ahead of us even as walk ins. After 30/45 mins I asked the host why we weren’t seated he said they didn’t have any tables available. I walked to the back and there was availability. After a long wait of 1 hour, even with a reservation we were finally seated. I asked to speak to the manager and told him about our experience. He stood there and had absolutely nothing to say, other than that I should be happy they let my pregnant friend sit in a non waiting area, then I pressed him further. He offered a round of drinks on the house (we were charged for these drinks on our bill at the end). We then had a revolving staff of waiters and waitresses all of which had no clue what they were doing. And they forgot to put in our meal order. I asked to speak to the manager again, and at that point I was completely embarrassed of the place I chose for brunch. All of my friends were beyond disappointed with the experience. He then offered to comp our desserts. I was hoping this would redeem the experience, it didn’t, they forgot 2 of the 4 desserts ordered and charged us for all 4 desserts. Needless to say this was an awful experience for me and my friends and was not worth the headache or the energy. Make you reservations elsewhere, this is by far the most disrespectful restaurant I have ever gone to. There are plenty of other great places on West Broadway that deserve your business.
Great to not have to travel to Paris for the best Pain Perdu around! The macarons are ok too! ; )
We are in nyc for couple of years, so trying to hit the spots that seem different. Really liked the place, we sat in the courtyard. Highly recommend you get a table outside. Food is average; my husband got eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon (it was really a piece of ham, not pea meal bacon). We would have gotten just regular bacon if we knew it’s just ham. I got eggs Benedict with salmon. One egg was poached well, the second egg was overdone. Hollandaise sauce was pleasant, and it came in the side, which was great. My cocktail was good. We are not dessert people, but we tried the flan, which was nice.
Staff was friendly and nice.
We went for breakfast, to celebrate my wife's birthday, she was so happy about the outdoor garden and the amazing food, the place is very nice and fancy and the service is so good, definitely I'll return for dinner or just for the coffee and pastries and obviously the macaroons!!!! best ever!!!!
Food is ok, but the service is awful. The place is lovely, but you feel like rushing because of the staff.
Great food! Classy and Excellent service! I love that many people who work there have a French accent! I will definitely dine there again!
They graciously seated us earlier than our reservation time. our server was attentive, the food was wonderful and we were not rushed out. Always had a good dining experience at Laudree.
Very nice place!
At night I saw a lot of mice 🐭 outdoors 🤮
What a beautiful spot no matter the time of day or the weather. We sat in the garden courtyard, but walking back through the restaurant made me want to come back mainly for the ambience.
It was disappointing to find on multiple occasions that they do not answer their phone listed on their website.
And they forgot to confirm that I did honor my Open Table reservation. That took several emails to straighten out. Attention to detail and graciousness is something they could improve on overall.
The patio is beautiful - and the reason I chose this restaurant in the first place. The service was prompt and polite, and they even held my reservation for me even though I was running 15 minutes late. However, I was unimpressed by the food and felt it lacked value. When first looking at the menu, it appears to be reasonable. However, the “extras” are very expensive. For example, an iced coffee is $7 (and isn’t worth $7). Additionally, their brunch menu lacks in the breakfast side (many lunch options but not as many on the breakfast side). I would choose another place next time - there’s better options out there.
Run down place. Dirty old plates and terrible service. Breakfast served cold. Sides never arrived to the table. They charged our bill and the next table bill.
It’s just another instagram moment trap.
Rose pound cakes tasted like soap but everything else was delicious!
After going to both Paris locations this was a major disappointment. We never saw our server after placing our food order, a other waiter we flagged down had to assist us. Mixed drink was terrible and steak that should've been medium was clearly well done. Manager soeted the steak and the refire was okay but certainly no more better than Outback or similar. The second drink was okay but still tasted like well booze. And the most astonishing thing for me was how terrible the fries were, it's almost impossible to screw up fries!!! Dessert was excellent which saved the night for my wife.
We loved it. We had also visited the one in Paris and that one is exceptional.
We sat there for 30 minutes before we even got our order taken. The hot tea wasn’t hot, had to send it back. It took an hour to get our food. My daughter’s eggs Benedict was cold, she sent it back and the second one was cold.
They did take that off our bill and gave us a few macarons for free, those are truly good!
We were very disappointed overall.
Une terrasse top, l un de mes adresses préférées a NY👏👏 le service, la deco, l ambiance, la nourriture ect tout était exceptionnel, bravo au Management
Best French toast I have ever had! Highly recommend
My friend had been wanting to go there for a while, but because she lives out of town never got the chance. I’m so glad we took the time to go when she came back to the city. It was worth the wait. The food was great, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere serene and relaxing. Will definitely come back again.
Took my niece for her 14th birthday. The brunch was great and really a great value for the price. My niece got macoroons for her birthday. She and her friend loved the experience. I would definitely go back.
The food and deserts were very good. Service was good in the beginning but not so nuch at the end
Waitined over 15 minutes before we were asked if we wanted to see the desert menue. Really here?
Got charged 78 dollars for a salad and French fries! The waiter who helped me pay told me that what I ordered was 35 dollars. I don’t know why I was charged for 78 dollars for two basic things that don’t even add up to 30 dollars. The service wasn’t even good and comes to find out that they tacked on a 20 percent tip to my bill without me knowing. On top of that they wanted me to add an additional tip as if it were the only tip they were reciving. Took a while to order food even though I was by myself and my waiter barely came to my table. If I was charged what was originally supposed to be 35 dollars than I would probably have a different review, but as of what I think about this restaurant isnt going to change and I would recommend it to anyone.
Terrible service. Restaurant and rest rooms were dirty. Desserts were good, but overall, a very disappointing experience.
Not really a French breakfast, but the most amazing garden
Server wasn't really attentive. The food was okay.
Fabulous food and service. Requested indoor seating but was sat outside. Was hot but they had a fan.
Beautiful setting! Food was lovely & service was attentive.
You didn’t celebrate my daughters birthday even tho I added those in comments!
I had to ask 3/4 times for a fan. There was a mouse in the patio near our table. We kept quiet.
Waitress was over worked. Too many tables which hurt the service.
Everything was delicious and the service was amazing
Cannot believe how absolutely atrocious the food and service was! So disappointed. The Paris location would be embarrassed to see how terrible the dinner was at this location in Soho. Never again...
Adam and Jonathan made our day special; i know LaDuree from Soho NYC and Paris and I enjoying teaching my Hollywood friends about the Laduree story as they had never been here....our service was attentive, anticipatory, and exceptional with Adam....and little extras made the day special.
Gorgeous! Food are refresh, especially for the Ladurée Spring Salad. Dessert was not as sweet as what I imagined, which was great! They are just at the right amount between sweet and sour, like Pistachio Macaroons with raspberry sorbet; and between sweet and creamy as well, like the vanilla one
Great place. Legendary. Macaroons and so much more. Sit by the outdoor fountain and throw pennies in it.
La comida estuvo bien solo que el servicio tarda mucho.
La persona que nos atendio fue super amable y nos dio excelentes recomendaciones
Went there for the live jazz music and that was the best part. I wouldn’t recommend getting dinner at Laduree. Seems like a great spot for macaroons and tea but the food was below average, overpriced, and overall very touristy.
