We went on a special Friday night where DJ Roberto was playing great mixes of Brazilian music to great salsa. The food was stupendous as we had tender octopus and meatballs as starters and the best pizza we’ve ate in a long time. Our outside seating was comfortable and entertaining with the music and dance floor participants. It was a chilly night in Wynwood but the service was spot on since our server was constantly aware of what we needed to make our meal pleasant. Great night to make us come back soon.

We sat in the outdoor terrace. Was beautiful. Great energy and scenery. Food was absolutely delicious. Had the calamari, fries, ceasar salad, spaghetti, and the fig pizza. The service was great. very nice waiter. Overall just a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Overall food was great, nice ambiance, prices were reasonable for food and drink given the area. I would have loved more hands on service considering that we were only one of 3 tables in doors. Basically there was one main waiter (he was great) who was the only one taking care of tables and getting flustered while other wait staff lounged and gossiped by cash register even though our table had asked them for additional drinks they never provided. Gratuity was pre-included in bill as well.

Greeted warmly and seated immediately. Ernesto, our server, was fantastic. Very sweet and professional and extremely attentive from beginning to the end of our stay. Food was excellent with large portions. Our granddaughter had the special lasagna of the day, my husband had fettuccini alfredo with chicken and I had pasta pomodoro. Both my husband and I took food home because the portion was so large and we had it for dinner. They don't serve bread, so we ordered the flatbread at Ernesto's suggestion. Great call. I normally don't like flatbread but this was so darn good there was nothing left. Finished our lunch with an espresso which was so good that both my husband and I commented how good it was. Lunch was great. I highly recommend Joey's Cafe

Excellent Cesar salad - not overly dressed; just the right amount - wonderful flavor and comes with delicious bread covered in tapenade. Very good pasta. Perfectly al dente. Tried the pasta pomodoro, and the spaghetti with really good meatballs and ricotta. Definitely will be back.

From the moment we walked in everybody was so friendly the staff the manager. We were a large group of seven and they couldn’t of been nicer to us. The food was outstanding we loved everything about Joey‘s been there before and will continue to visit there in the future

We had an awesome experience at Joey’s. The waiter was a gem, we were having a birthday and they made sure we felt like royals. Also the food was superb: classic Italian fresh, tasty pasta meat and fish. We spent the whole evening from 7pm to closing and they never gave us the feeling we should leave. The service was a 10 from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Miami

Service honestly was terrible, drinks took nearly 15-20 minutes. We sat at the table when we arrived for 20 minutes before anyone came up to us and even offered water. For the price the food was below average and the pizza was similar to chuck-e-cheese. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve been here before and it’s always amazing. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and it was his first time in Wynwood. So I decided to make a reservation at Joey’s to celebrate. We had an amazing time. Food was amazing as usual. He wants to go back and make this our special place to eat and celebrate.

Sad to report that my excitement to dine at Joey’s completely fell flat. Meatballs were cold, steak was over cooked and fries were soggy. I couldn’t even finish my margarita because it was extremely sweet. The server was very nice and that’s about it.

My family has found Joey’s to be the only consistent restaurant in Wynwood. We love the food and the service is great. The menu was recently redone with more selections. There is the ability to eat indoors and outdoors as well.
