Arrived 2 hours before Sunday brunch reservation and was seated immediately. Excellent service and delicious large portion filet mignon eggs Benedict and Bloody Mary.

Our lunch was delicious! The service was excellent. It was our anniversary, and they treated us to a wonderful dessert. Espresso Cheesecake. So good!

I always enjoy Jaks - the food is delicious, and the service is tops. I would say I was a bit disappointed by the increase in prices since my last visit - having to pay for sides like other steakhouses doesn't make the value of Jaks stand out from places like Daniels nearly as much even though the quality is still great.

We have dined at Jak’s for years and I noticed the menu had changed. We were worried that the restaurant had changed as well. We’re were pleased to find that the food was excellent. Very fresh salads and excellent steaks.

Great experience. The place is really loud, so be prepared to yell across the table for others to hear you. 😅 But great service, and great food too. I had a special request in my reservation, which wasn’t looked into. I had to enquire about three times before they looked it up and saw that. It would be great if you guys could read the special requests in reservations. Overall, a very nice experience, and the staff were really helpful and friendly!

Still the best steak on the Eastside. Service is outstanding. Garlic mashed are a meal by themselves. If I had to find one thing wrong it'd be the noise level but it's tolerable. Will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone looking for great food to visit.
