My wife and I had a reservation for my birthday. We were greeted and treated very well throughout the evening by the entire staff. Our server, Danielle, went out of her way to explain the menu and provide us with impeccable service. Since we were dining outside on a cool evening, my wife eventually started to feel a little cold. We discussed moving inside but Danielle politely suggested she could move the heat lamp next to our table which was immediately taken care of. However she went the extra mile and offered my wife a blanket. . .never before have I seen this at a restaurant! This made the night so much better for us. Another staff member, Clara, stopped by to wish a happy birthday as well. In total, 4 different staff members gave their best birthday wishes to me. And by the way, the food was great. The cioppino was incredibly delicious and we wouldn’t hesitate to return for a special occasion.

We went to Jack Dusty for Thanksgiving. It was terrific. The ambience and service were great. And both my husband and I agreed, it was among the best food we’ve ever had on Thanksgiving.

We went for Thanksgiving dinner as we were staying at the Ritz Carlton for the weekend. We are regulars at Ritz Carlton hotels and know the quality and what to expect. Out of the five dishes we ordered two were good the the other three pretty disappointing. My daughter ordered the traditional thanksgiving dinner which seemed more like frozen heated cafeteria food. My husband had the crispy half chicken which was so small it was more like two pieces of chicken instead of four, and my salad had so much dressing it was hard to enjoy. On the other hand the fried green tomatoes and crab cakes were delicious as was the short ribs. But all in all I expected much better from a restaurant at the Ritz Carlton.

Really a nice place to meet friends in a casual but beautiful setting. Service is good but not great. Menu is somewhat limited but good quality. Craft cocktails are very good but pricey.

Our server, Benny, was amazing! He was very attentive and took good care of us! Very kind and thoughtful, confident and knowledgeable of what he is doing. The food was great, very delicious. Everything was top notch!!!

We went for breakfast, and opted not to do the breakfast buffet. We ordered à la cart, and the service and food was awesome! The buffet was beautiful, but we could not eat that much food. It is a great deal if that is what you are looking for.

Surprised that this is in the Ritz. Noisy, overcrowded, overwhelmed service staff. Fortunately the manager took over and we ended up having a pleasant meal on the porch.

It was disappointing for a very expensive restaurant. The food was average. The starter were ceviche and fried green tomatoes were very good. The mains were bad. The grouper was over cooked and accompanied with a plate of potatoes covered in a tasteless sauce. The rum cake desert was below average, very little taste. We were seated outside at an outdoor high top table that was uncomfortable and not undercover. Ambiance was bad as too many people were dressed in gym clothes.. Overall a very poor value.

A great place, great atmosphere and service. The servers are top notch. The menu needs to include something other than seafood. Keep the seafood but add some other dished so everyone has something to order and a salad doesn't count. Chicken, steak, chops, veal. Other than the food, the place is great and I had a very nice time.

Had a nice time at our birthday dinner. Very busy with weddings that night however the service was still good. Prices are high as expected for the Ritz. The bar area got louder as our time there went on. All in all a nice experience but only for a special occasion. Dinner menu was limited so we asked for a lunch menu and that worked out well.

Unfortunately this time we had a very bad experience. The food and the presentation was horrible. I ordered a Grouper with vegetables and potatoes and it looked a mess. My husband’s Red Snapper was overcooked. Also the waited kept explaining to us about the food as if we didn’t understand fine dining or something. We are very knowledgeable about fine Dining but Jack Dusty dropped the ball this time. Most of the other customers seemed like they were only interested in alcohol and sushi.

Jack Dusty’s is great as always. Drinks are perfect the ritz Carleton is lovely and in the back water front, and comes with the building the great Christian a fantastic server and story teller. Loves all around 3 years in a row and we will be back again!

Nice atmosphere to have a cocktail and dinner. Our table had shrimp/grits and Redfish. Everything tasted great! Our server checked on us multiple times and the hostess switched our table when we arrived, so we could sit outside in another spot.

We’ve eaten here several times and love sitting outside. It was a beautiful evening and Arturo was our server and he was great! He was attentive and explained the restaurant’s “story” and explained and apologized for making a rookie mistake. The disappointment of the evening was the food as dishes we have enjoyed in the best were not nearly as good.

The food was ok , not great for ritz but ok. No love in it . My plate was full and not really pretty looking like you would expect in Ritz. I know this restaurant for 10 years . 6-7 years ago was great. The stuff was nice though but it took almost hour to order food and then another 45 min to get appetizer. ( cold !) Then the main dinner. Unfortunately that happens the exact same last time we were there. And also in summer. Location is great .

For lunch the our sons strips came out quickly and also the appetizer. But for our two sandwiches it took almost an hour. The mahi sandwich was good and worth the price but the lobster roll was more like popcorn lobster and not recommended for $37
