Great place for brunch! The Churro Waffles were amazing as well as the Breakfast Burrito! A place you can go with adults or take the family. Highly recommend this place! Great location too!

The food was way over salted. Some of order was not brought out. Our poached eggs were over cooked where the yolks were hard boiled. Hollandaise sauce was broken, twice! The server started out with great energy and as we requested for our order to be fixed she couldn’t care less. We also had to make multiple requests for the same simple non-cooked items like syrup for pancakes. It was also so cold where request to ask that the air be turned down and was told that the thermostat was controlled by their corporate offices… what?!

Our served barely came over to our table, we had to pull any server that walked by if we needed something. We had reservations at 12 for 3 people, I arrived at 11:50 just to be told I’d have to wait for a table. There was 2 groups that came in after me and were seated immediately, a group of 2 and a group of 4, it wasn’t until after me and someone from my group said something about that we were seated. The food wasn’t great. I did love the fresh oj and the waffle churros. My first experience was way better which really surprises me because I waited an hour that day for a table and food was amazing the first go round.

Food was amazing! Definitely make a reservation or you will be waiting a long time to be seated. Food is worth the wait. Once seated service is quick. You get free bacon if you tell the wait staff that you liked or followed on Instagram.

Lovely atmosphere. Wonderful service. Great food! We went after losing our pet and wanted to lift our spirits. Iron Rooster did not disappoint. Everyone was so friendly, the atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

Party of 6. What an extreme disappointment! Interaction with hostesses was excellent, but that’s where it all stopped. Unseasoned waitress that appeared that was manning too many tables and kept forgetting to bring things when requested. We were promised a jar of free bacon (per menu) and it never arrived. After an hour, we asked what happened with the bacon, and she said they were running low on bacon and couldn’t fulfill the promise. Is there a manager running this place? Apparently not! If we would not have asked, she wouldn’t not have said anything about it. The food didn’t come with all the fixings, and she had to go back and forth to bring the missing items, by the time I got the butter for the waffles, everything was cold. Chicken was extremely dry; friend’s grits didn’t have cheese; waitress brought unmelted cheese that obviously didn’t melt because the grits were cold. First time there, and will never go again! It was supposed to be a stress free birthday celebration ……that wasn’t.

First time there. I love the place. My daughter interns at Johns Hopkins. We wanted a breakfast/lunch restaurant. Iron Rooster fulfilled both. However, I forgot my free bacon. (I follow on Facebook.) I'll have to come back.

Great time at Iron Rooster! Lots of interesting things to choose from on the menu. Our waitress was super nice and friendly and accomodating. The drinks were great and everyone enjoyed their food. The only let down for me was that the chicken tenders that come with the chicken benny were quite tough. Everything else was great! Also love that their outdoor seating is mostly shaded.

Hosts seemed annoyed that we had a reservation ( one said “reservation” to the other, and the other threw back their head and sighed loudly). Air conditioning didn’t seem to be on, which made the upstairs dining area feel very warm. The food and Sunshine, our server, were great though!
