Indochine Asian Dining Lounge
The food was excellent - cocktails were tasty - ambiance was fun. A great birthday celebration.
We went for my son's graduation and had a party of 12. We used a private room which was very reasonable and the whole experience was outstanding - food & service in particular.
Took our daughter here for college graduation -
The most amazing Thai food ever! Prices are very reasonable!
Delicious meal & the fresh rolls are the best! We will be back.
Enjoyed a family celebration dinner. The event ended early and they were very gracious about accommodating our later reservation to an earlier one.
Always one of my favorite places. Love the ambiance and the food is always excellent!!
Wonderful service 🙂
Loved the vibe!!
We have been fans of Indochine since they opened well over 10 years ago. They are ' hands down' of of the 10 the best Thai restaurant in entire state of Washington.
The food was amazing! I will be back but won’t sit in the bar again. Service in the bar was painfully slow. Waited 20 minutes to get menus, another 15 minutes to get drinks and waited 20 minutes to get our bill.
This restaurant never fails to impress.... It's truly a gem....!!
Went for dinner with family for my wife’s birthday. Food was great and service was also great. Will eat here again.
We had a gals birthday lunch and shared dishes family style. Good food and ambiance
Great Tai food, waiters and staff extremely courteous and accommodating. Background noise, but service and food make this a top restaurant.
Excellent food...the best Thai I have had in Tacoma recently.
We enjoyed going here. The food is good, the portions are huge. Sadly it was prom night, so a lot of kids not really knowing what to do, but that isn't the restaurants fault. We will return.
My group and I had a great experience at Indochine. The food was all delicious and brought out in a timely manner, the interior is beautiful and not too loud. 10/10 would recommend
Service was slow but there was a concert at the Tacoma Dome and it was prom night. They should have added extra staff to accommodate a packed house.
I love the food at Indochine, but do not like the back room, where we were seated with our large party (and 3 other large and loud parties). It was impossible to hear each other in the room, and the servers were overwhelmed dealing with everything. When one or two huge tables left, service was very good, as usual.
Only in the lounge/bar. The dining area had terrible service, got one entree wrong, and I had to get up after 10 minutes to ask for service.
Great service on a slow Thursday night. We had chicken phad Thai, cashew chicken, crab wontons, lettuce wraps, and the firecracker rolls. Each dish was delicious and portion sizes were good, but it was a little overpriced which is why I can’t give 5 stars. Would recommend to others.
Great customers service and amazing food and drinks
Something happened since the last time we were here. Down the toilet, not the same presentation or taste on food. Won’t be back anymore. Waste of $200 dinner. Chicken Pad Thai was bland and the menu is very small now.
Ok, so here it goes. My review is likely reflective of the fact that we visited with a group of 7 for a family celebration so I had high expectations. The ambiance is great! I expected it to be busy and it was. But aren’t most places on Saturday nights? Our waitress was nice and all but I think might’ve been trying to handle too much - not her fault. Food came but an hour after we were seated. The first 2 plates were cold. 3 other plates came about 10 minutes later and were hot. Food quality was average in my opinion. Desserts were the best part of the night. Drinks are expensive - $12 for a cocktail. My guess is going for lunch or happy hour specials if they have them would be best. Overall, it was ok. But considering the area and parking and other options I would go to Ruston Way area on the waterfront next time!! So sorry to have to give an average review.
We have wanted to try this place for years. So glad we finally did. Even better than we expected. Can’t wait to go back.
Food was okay.. not great, service was great, atmosphere was great and the place was very clean
Always love eating here when visiting Tacoma. Great options, yummy food.
The food and ambiance was great! The waiter had to be flagged down a few times even though it was not very busy. Usually service is better and faster. On a positive note he was very kind and once flagged down, he was speedy to get what was asked of him. As far as the noise it is a pretty good atmosphere. Only reason I wasn’t pleased with the noise this visit is because the individuals behind us were very loud. Overall good experience and would go back.
Our server was very attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to come back
Unfriendly staff and the food was lacking of visual appeal along with not very good.
Firecracker rolls to die for. Great service.
Great place with great service to dine with someone you love or to meet with friends and family. You'll enjoy the food, service and drinks; which are very affordable compared to other places.
Food is fresh and beautifully presented, always. The portion sizes are perfect and what other restaurants should strive for. 2 stars here is 3 stars elsewhere.
When seated in the side room with closing doors, wait staff were quite slow to greet, water and take drink/app order, but beyond that the usual high customer service and attention to detail was exemplary! Malia is a fantastic server! 5*!
Great menu with good variety. All our food was very good. Service was spectacular, so many team members just taking care of everyone, and they seemed to like each other and working as a team. The only draw back was the music was too loud and more like club music. They should play a more traditional music at a slightly lower level. We would recommend Indochine to our friends, we keep coming back year after year.
The food and atmosphere at Indochine is always wonderful. I would highly recommend the restaurant and if you have a large party the round table is amazing. Russell is an incredible owner and hands-on hard-working person.
The restaurant was packed, with a major concert in town. But the service didn’t feel rushed, the food was excellent as usual, and our guests were pleased with selection!
Pre-concert dinner. Service was great and speedy! Food was very good. Fun place. I would go back!
Hostess not very polite. Waitress took forever to great the table. Food was incorrect.
We always enjoy meeting at the Indochine Restaurant. It is my family's favorite and always a treat!
