      Everything was wonderful, we had the nicest and most fun waitress ! Great sense of humor ! She was attentive and the food was delicious! The piano player was amazing and brought such a wonderful ambiance to the dining room ! It was lovely !

      We had the salmon and the beef tenderloin and both were very good. The restaurant has several rooms which creates a nice ambience. My only complaint is that the restaurant was only offering a fixed price menu with limited choices due to Parents Weekend, a fact that was not shared with us when we made the reservation.

      Always a lovely place to enjoy dinner. The food is consistently delicious, and we always look forward to coming back. The atmosphere has a certain charm, though the experience is perhaps a touch more understated than the prices might suggest. Reservations are definitely recommended!

      What a wonderful night! Sundays is live jazz from 6-9 which was a lovely background to a delicious dinner and drinks! The martini and smoked old fashion were perfect. We shared the Caesar salad which was plenty for 2 and the whipped ricotta on toast which was also plenty for 2 Dinner was crab cakes and pasta jambalaya. Everything was delicious. Our server Eric was spot on! Don’t miss this place if you are in Lexington

      Bar service was poor. Grill chicken looked like it was precooked & warmed on a grill. ( very white but with grill marks) Filet was on par but not exceptional for the price.

      For a day trip to Lexington, Haywood's was the perfect spot for our group lunch. The restaurant is very cute, stylish, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. Most of our group raved about most of the food ordered. The favorites were the Steak & eggs, the French toast, the breakfast potatoes,and the side orders of bacon. The ribeye steaks and bacon were exceptional. The restaurant is conveniently located within walking distance of the shops and historic attractions on our itinerary. After parking our vehicle at the Visitor Center of Lexington, there was no need to relocate the car.
