Simply put, this was the best meal I have ever had. The food, drink, service, ambiance, and experience were all tops. And it's vegan. What more could you possibly ask for?

Fantastic! Cozy ambiance, lovely creative meals. Coming from a vegetarian and omnivore, this is definitely a great time. Recommend the wine pairing, though the non-alcoholic elixirs looked great too

We are always looking for good vegan restaurants when we travel. Harvest Beat was fantastic! A little pricey but worth it. The food was fresh and the servers passionate.

One of the two great vegan restaurants in the US. Each dish is its own distint medley of taste and texture and yet each ingedient still retains its own essence. By my lights, the best restaurant in Seattle (and that is high praise) and the best value in Seattle. And the staff makes it feel simultaneously festive and family-style intimate.

Harvest beat was awesome! We got engaged while there and the staff was extraordinary. Food was out of this world. Not a fan of mushrooms, but their mushroom lasagna was incredible.

As an aspiring zero waster, it was a treat to learn about this restaurant's locally acquired produce while also enjoying delicious food, reusable hand towels in the bathroom, and a minimalist kitchen.

Came for a friend's birthday which was recognized by our server and a candle on her dessert. My food restrictions, noted at time of reservations, were thoughtfully addressed pre-meal when I was made aware of one substitution. Both of us were delighted with the chef's pre fixe selections and non-alcoholic drink flight. It was an artful, healthy and tasty meal! Thanks, chef, servers and local sources for this conscious, beautiful bounty.

I want to support plant-based eating, so I give Harvest Beat points for that and for being very creative with both the food and the non-alcoholic juice pairings (the wine pairings were also good). The 5-course meal was mostly hit but also a big miss. Soup - super excellent, salad and chickpea fritters - both yummy if not a standout, main course lasagna - disappointing, dessert - would have been great if it didn't follow the lasagna. I think the problem was you just can't have good vegan / gluten-free lasagna. It was too gooey, and completely drowned out the morel mushrooms - the main reason why we came in the first place. But, they put out a new menu every 3 weeks and I'd definitely give it another try once the lasagna is off the menu. Everything else was great and I recommend the restaurant as a whole.

Incredible experience. We went for our anniversary and had the best evening. The gratitude speech explaining the menu before eating was very sweet and thoughtful. It honestly was the best food we have ever eaten. After the meal we realized we didn’t talk about anything besides how amazing everything tasted the entire time. Thank you for helping us celebrate in a very special way and for doing the incredible job you do!

I loved everything about Harvest Beat - the farm-to-table vegan menu, the unassuming decor, the zero-waste message, everything. The servers were present but not intrusive, and the chef explained the menu in a very down-to-earth way without any pretense or unnecessarily fancy language.

The (totally vegan!) menu changes every three weeks, so you're always getting what's currently in season. It's a very well-balanced menu and meat-eaters won't miss the lack of meat. Highly recommend the wine pairing as well, but be warned that you may walk out a little tipsy as each one is a full pour.

Overall, it's a lovely experience and very reasonably priced for a full 5-course meal. I'm looking forward to going back!

Absolutely loved our experience! My mom and I went on Sunday night and it was amazing. We loved the spring/summer menu. Asparagus soup and the lasagna were definitely top favorites. It is definitely a special occasion night - for 2 people and 1 wine pairing after tip it was about $220 (TOTALLY WORTH IT!). I am just waiting for them to switch up the menu (maybe fall?) and come back to try what they have up next. HIGHLY recommended and so sad I waited so long to come in! I'm a vegetarian (not vegan) but if I could eat like that every day I would absolutely become vegan in a heartbeat!

Harvest Beat is Seattle's first true farm to table plant based/vegan culinary offering. The menu is specially created and encompasses local farm produce currently in season along with foraged offerings that can be complimented with wine and non-alcoholic pairings. The menu rotates every 3 weeks providing an opportunity of flavors based on what's in season.

Parking is a bit of a challenge, off street parking or around the neighborhood, get there a little early and you will be fine.

A truly delightful and flavorful experience featuring 5 delicious courses. This was my second time and celebrating my mother's birthday. The chef and staff made her first experience at Harvest Beat very memorable. Thanks again! This is definitely one of the best culinary vegan establishments Seattle has to offer. We'll definitely be back!

Jan and Aaron have created an elegant and delicious oasis in Harvest Beat. The Prix Fixe menu changes every three weeks, never repeating a dish, and is full of flavorful creations, every time! I love this spot for dates or special events, and can usually find a reservation within a week or two. Great job, Harvest Beat!

Amazing! We've been several times and knew what to expect, but this time we brought my mother in law, who is a very picky eater. She loved it! She loved the food, she loved the experience, and even surprised herself (and us) with some of the things she tried. This restaurant is truly a gem for vegans and non-vegans.

This meal was SO good. It was a great way to celebrate a special occasion. I loved the whole experience of the set, seasonal menu along with a wine pairing. I also appreciated the kitchen staff welcoming everyone, explaining the food, and recognizing the farmers and vendors where the food was sourced. It was very a special experience.

Underwhelming menu this time. Polenta is a terrible ingredient to use as the base for anything, it’s just corn mush. Short bread cookie was a cheap and easy desert, felt like it was just thrown together at the last minute because anything more substantial wasn’t prepared.

From the time we walked in we felt right at home. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. The chef was adorable and his passion for vegan cooking shined. The timing in between courses was perfect and the food was fantastic. We did the non-alcoholic pairing and the flavored elixirs paired beautifully. We left feeling comfortably full as the portion sizes were ideal. Wonderful for a special occasion or just something new. Super cozy environment.

There was far too much talk at the beginning of the evening. The chef literally discussed every intricate detail of each dish and talked for a good 15-20 minutes before the first dish arrived. No one even paid attention after the first few minutes of him rambling on for so long. Introduce each course when it is served and limit the amount of droning on and on so your diners can enjoy the food and their own dinner companions rather than listen to the chef all night.
