    Reserve our Curling Rink for 45 minutes for $5 per person. Warm-up with one of our Curling Cocktails or order from our full menu while you play. Our rink is made of Polyglide synthetic ice with real ice feel and performance. We provide easy-to-understand directions. Our heated outdoor Warming Hut, accommodating 8 guests, can be included in your reservation with a $100 deposit which will be applied to your final bill. A 20% gratuity will be added to your final bill. For larger groups or those wishing to add a special touch, reserve our indoor Lakefront Lodge adjacent to the patio for an additional $150. The Lodge features a fireplace, leather seating, with cozy rustic touches throughout and can accommodate up to 20 guests.

    We attended the brunch with Santa. Santa was great and so was the staff we encountered. The food was awful. I’m sorry. I really wanted to like it. But, it was horrible. My boyfriend and I each got burgers and they were very dry, no real flavor there and tasted horrible. I hate leaving bad reviews and we didn’t complain because we had a lot going on so we just paid for meal and cut it as a loss. We will not be back for food ever again. But the staff really was amazing!

    This experience has changed a lot over the last few years. We booked the experience where we could do brunch and then take the water shuttle from the restaurant to Soldier Field to go to the Bears game. The food was fine. All of the menu items were basic and could not be modified in any way, including asking for your eggs to be scrambled instead of over easy. My sister is a vegetarian and there were limited options for her. They wouldn’t let her take out the meat from some of the dishes, leaving her options to be french toast, or the kids menu. There’s no more Bloody Mary bar and for what we paid I feel like it was overpriced. But our server was fantastic and we enjoyed the ambience before the game.

    Overall, you can’t beat Harry Caray’s on the patio for a great view of the city and lakefront. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. And validated valet parking is a real plus. I wish they could improve the food a bit, which is why I rated 3 stars. Salmon dinner was good, but served with fries and coleslaw? Salads were just ok.

    Service was good and appreciated. Food was good as well. One of our favorite places to eat as Cubs fans. Only disappointment was that we had noted with our reservation that it was a special occasion (son’s 18th Birthday) and that was not acknowledged at all. We still very much enjoyed our visit and eating there as we generally always do.

    Portions were small and food was lukewarm. Our waitress was very rude to the only man in our group of 5. Maybe she was trying to be funny, but I didn't appreciate her comments and neither did he.

    Hostess was so rude, snarky, like we were bothering her that we were early. I understand if it’s packed but the restaurant was empty. Food was not great quality and small portions for the price. Pulled pork was dry, burger was over cooked.

    Had a good time for the Bears pregame tailgate. It's a plus that they give you a free round-trip water taxi ride with your reservation. Food, drinks, and service were all good! I'd go back again for the watch party.

    Loved everything about our experience up until it came time to pay. We had a group of nine and were told we had to split the entire table into two bills and then pay per guest. Made it very inconvenient and confusing. Other than that we had a great time!

    Chris our server was excellent and attentive. Short staffed for holiday weekend but you wouldn’t know it with our r party of 9. We were in Chicago for baseball weekend so kept theme up with Harry Caray!

    First and foremost I’ve never had a terrible sever like I did. Martha P was her name. If rude, tired, unfriendly and bad manners was a person; Martha P would be that person. I’m not sure is she had a long shift or what, but she was definitely not an happy camper. We ordered a half of slab rib for myself and butter noodles for my 5 year old. Kid didn’t like the noodles they were bland and kinda uncooked and I kindly asked if I can exchange the noodles for a cheese burger. The sad waitress Martha P., told me there were others who had placed their orders and she wasn’t sure when I was getting my cheese burger for my kid. With no remorse must I add. I then asked again so you have no idea when my burger was coming she said no with a straight face. I then told her to bring the check and we left. How could you ever deny a kid food?! Especially when the order wasn’t even prepared properly. So my kid and I ate a half slab of ribs what fun ! Never will I go back.

    We were promptly seated at our reservation time, and Laura, our waitress, provided great service throughout the meal. The food arrived in a timely manner and the orders were accurate. I am giving the restaurant 4 stars for food as it was good but not necessarily outstanding, albeit this may be due to personal preferences for seasoning and temperature. On the walls and in various glass cabinets are memorabilia related to the restaurant namesake, Chicago and pop culture. These are mostly located in the middle of the restaurant and there is a space to walk around and view the displays.

    Advertised pretty hard with the Shakespeare theater to have specialty mock tails. Those didn’t exist. The food was just okay, nothing special. The hostess to seat us took quite awhile and we had reservations.

    We were going to the theater and we were running a little late. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious. We got a theater discount which was a nice added touch. The only problem was I was told there was valet parking and there wasn't.

    Food was cold when we received it, did not taste good, very disappointing. Also thought it was overpriced. Our server was great, very friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere, but the ceiling fans were on full blast so it was freezing and my eyes kept watering from the breeze it created.

    It was fine. Servers didn't seem super happy and there were two in the restroom discussing how they hope there aren't busy later in the day so they can leave. The food was clearly mass produced and came within 5 minutes of ordering. The chicken breast on my salad was incredibly dry. I get that it's a touristy area, so expectations of an outstanding dining experience/value are not super high to begin with, but it was mediocre even considering the location.

    Super fun looking at all the celebrity pics framed on the walls, tasty drinks, good food, plenty of gluten free options, too!
