How can a burger and fries possibly taste this good? Superb layering of the sandwich made for delightful experience for the palate. The fries were crispy and airy but solid at the same time. The onion rigs made to perfection. I’m usually the type to enjoy ketchup with a burger and fries on the side but here… here? I don’t know that I had a single drop of ketchup on my burger. It was delicious! As for the staff, our waitress was friendly, courteous and kind. She made our experience so much more enjoyable.

I went to the Breakfast With The Easter Bunny event (2022). It was great. A fantastic setup and the staff was extremely friendly. It surpassed our expectations and our kiddos loved it. It was my daughters 7th birthday and she got a Hard Rock birthday bag which was awesome as well. Thanks so much to Ashley and the rest of the crew there for this event. It was obvious they cared about the customer experience.

I usually love hard rock....the music...the memorabilia the feel the food etc....I get it is small and probably under staffed so I was ok with that part but it was loud due to talking of people not music...I didn't get the hard rock feel from the music. The decor was just a few pics and pieces on the wall nothing like other cities I have been to...2 of us had ribs which tasted good but were tough-rib meat should fall off a bone. My daughter wanted a grill cheese (not on menus) they said as only bread was burger bun it would have to be on that-she was cool with that but when came was not grilled at all seemed like microwave to.melt cheese. We have made them on buns b4 and the bun had obviously not been cooked/grilled at all...was very disappointing

Honestly, what a big let down. Two years ago, I took my oldest daughter to the Hard Rock Cafe in Pigeon Forge TN. They made her 13th b-day incredibly special. They gave her a card signed by every server and manager; all of the servers and managers also came by our table and wished her happy b-day; and they gifted the brownie ice cream dessert. Although this restaurant was told via OT app that this was my youngest daughter’s 13th birthday, they unfortunately did nothing….not even so much as a b-day wish….little alone a dessert. I would have not booked this particular HRC, had I known that we we’re going to be seated 10-15 min later than our reservation time; and that it was just going to be an average, run-of-the-mill dinner experience. On a positive note, however, the hostesses were prompt to acknowledge us when we arrived; our waiter was diligent to keep our drinks refilled, and to regularly check on us.

Very small and nothing special. Didn’t feel like a Hard Rock Cafe. Next 2 booths by us had buckets because the ceiling was leaking and the water was dripping onto the floor out of the bucket. Then my daughters steak/meal came out 20 minutes after everyone else’s and everyone was finished eating. Waitress was rude and didn’t come to apologize or explain or even fill waters. Horrible experience. Would absolutely never go back. So many restaurants on the river walk. So disappointed that we picked this one.

Reservation was key to find a table since the place was packed. Servers do their best to make you feel comfortable.

Food was horrible! No taste and cold tasted old. We had just gotten married and we’re on our honeymoon, thought let’s go to Hard Rock since it was right by the hotel. Never again!

I wasted my time putting in a reservation for a table just to be seated at the bar, instead. The receptionist said there was no other room. I sat where I could best hear the live music of the 3 spots available. There were 4 tables never used the entire time I was there. I would understand on a weekend, but not during a weekday.
