   We have been to HRC almost every time we are in Orlando. I have to say this was the loudest & most crowded we have ever seen it. We still had fun, but everything took quite a bit longer than we have seen there before. We were there about an hour & a half after the parks closed, at what we thought would be the end of the post-park craziness, but several tables around us were mentioning the delays as well, so we guessed that’s why it was still so busy.

   Brilliant experience, we came for a 21st birthday and the servers made sure this was noticed and we had such a good time. My son got a gift for his birthday and a card signed by all staff members. Will defo use again.

   food is great , service though was fustrating bringing mains 5 mins after starters when still is eating and had to send them back. Food is good just expensive but you pay for the experience.

   We had the Messi burger. Probably one of the worst burgers we've ever had, worse than fast food even. No taste, overpriced and misrepresented in the menu. Expected so much more. Will not be coming back for food.

   Our server austin was great- and the decor AMAZING. But the food was overpriced and VERY salty, and my husband finished his meal before mine came out. Would come back just to look at memorabilia and for a cocktail!

    Amazing atmosphere and great service. There were some minor issues with our food, but the waitress was attentive and resolved the issues that we faced professionally with ease. The collection of guitars were amazing to view. Some may find the ambience too loud, but that should be expected; in my view, this makes for a great environment and overall experience. I would definitely return again, and must say how fantastic the apple cobbler was.

    Another great experience and great meal at The Hard Rock Cafe. 6 of us there and all 6 of us enjoyed our meal. We had burgers, steak and salmon. Great customer service. We will come back on our next trip and add a movie so our parking at the universal garage is free.

    Deciding to reserve ahead of time was very worth it. They give you the best seats in the house and zero wait time. I got the steak salad, and it was probably one of the best salads I’ve ever had. The memorabilia is really neat to look at…three stories of guitars, photos, costumes, and more

    The range of food was good although we were told we weren't able to purchase a bottle of wine from the list and could only have glasses of the same wine. Strange as both the glass and bottle prices were on the menu! There were three of us having the wine but we were informed by our server that the manager wouldn't agree it. The rock memorabilia is fantastic and looking round the different rooms was great.

    First off, the hostess was rude. Our waitress was a crabby older woman who didn't know how to crack a smile. We informed the waitress that 2 of us are celiac and need a gluten-free menu. She proceeds to ask if it is an "allergy" or just a "preference". Obviously being celiac it isn't for preference. Rather rude to ask that, just assume that anyone who asks for gluten-free asks that because they can't eat it. Also, we asked if a dish had bacon since we don't eat pork. She proceeded to ask WHY we don't eat pork. None of your dang business I was thinking, but I said for religious reasons. I got a stupid look from her for that. Yes, there are people with religious restrictions and you better treat it like an allergy because we take it THAT seriously and shouldn't be treated this way by a restaurant waitress. Culturally insensitive. The food itself was disappointing. I had a Cesar salad with grilled chicken and got a tiny amount of lettuce with bland chicken. My kid had the salmon and it was OK, but the mashed potatoes with it had NO flavor and she refused to eat it as it had the consistency of school paste. The ambiance was nice but doesn't justify the prices for poor service and mediocre food. We will never return and recommend that people skip this restaurant.

    Our server was super nice. When we got our dinner, it was ice cold. BUT! The server and manager both came over right away to make it right. We were in no big hurry - no rush- we just chilled and kept our own conversation going. Not only did the cooks remake all our food, it came to the table nice and hot and was delicious! They went overboard to make sure things were great and they were - we would certainly go back again.

    Table was available even though we arrived slightly early however after placing order food took a while to order. Kid’s meal arrived with sauce from another meal on top of burger bun. The bun was replaced however with a different size and not toasted.

    This was going to be a bad review but the manager Zach and another server who’s name I believe it was Linda helped so much and made it a great night! I had made a reservation for a large party a certain time and the reservation was no where to be found when I called to confirm. Thanks to the server who helped me getting a spot for my husbands birthday. Also many thanks to the night manager Zach who helped us arranging the tables so we could actually eat all together. Overall it was a great experience and besides having issues with the reservation they were able to fix the issue and help. Would recommend!

    Could have been good, except they forgot to put any sauce on my burger, and left the coleslaw off the pulled pork sandwitch. If you’re looking to add another t-shirt to your collection, stop by, otherwise cow fish across the street has much better burgers for the same price.
