   In my opinion, disco music has no place in a hard rock cafe! Even if there might be a few less guests who don't want to hear rock! David Guetta, DuaLipa, Lady Gaga! The music was just awful! At 9:20 p.m. an Aerosmith song was played! That's it! hard rock cafe! Back to the roots!

   Vom Einlass durch den Türsteher bis hin zu den Toiletten, schlechter Service, schlechtes Essen und dreckige Toiletten. Schwarz gebratenes Fleisch und miserabler Service. Keine Möglichkeit auf Deutsch zu kommunizieren. Während dem Essen wird die Rechnung auf den Tisch geschmissen, keine Nachfrage nach weiterer Bestellung oder Zufriedenheit. Nach diesem Besuch, ist man eine menge Geld los und geht mit schlechter Laune nach Hause! Wir werden dieses Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen oder weiterempfehlen.

    We had the legendary and veggie burger.. both did not taste good 🥺. Brownie was excellent. Much too expensive, noisy and food ( except for the desert) really poor

    Ambiente immer toll, Service aufmerksam. Die Burger waren gut, die Wings auch, aber die Nachos waren nicht gut, viel zu viele Bohnen, dadurch ein matschiger, weicher Haufen in der Mitte, den man fast nicht essen konnte. Hoher Aufpreis für ein winziges Schälchen Guacamole (was bei Nachos eigentlich als selbstverständlich dazu gehört). Sehr lecker war die hausgemachte Limonade.

    Disappointing and embarrassing. The restaurant was full, we couldn’t hear each other at all and although we had a reservation we got offered the worst table in the restaurant - completely isolated and on forgotten corner. I had to ask very loudly a waiter where the restroom is and he just waived annoyed at me that he would be there in a second (he could have just pointed to the direction, he wasn’t even holding anything honestly) and -shockingly- he never actually came back. Then we noticed that the waitress for our section of tables was nowhere to be found so we tried to contact another waiter, who just told us that he wasn’t responsible for us. After almost 30 minutes (half an hour!) our waitress came to the section, first went to the table next to us who already were eating and only then came to ask what we would order. When I complained about sitting for 30 minutes without any service, her response was “the restaurant is full tonight.” Not even an apology in the first place or even a compensation offer or any professional reaction whatsoever. Therefore we left the restaurant. It is important to add that we wanted to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The whole night was disappointing and frustrating. We have been to other hard-rock Cafés, we have never experienced this unprofessionalism , ignorance and arrogance ever before anywhere else. Sadly but true, we found better service and professionalism afterwards in a cheap fast food restaurant than the Hard-rock Café in Munich (since we made a reservation at hard rock we didn’t think that we would need a back up one - big mistake- so we couldn’t get a table anywhere else).

    The food was not ok because it was not description, it wasn‘t spicy at all. The service wasn‘t ok because we have no salt and pepper on the table and we got the wrong bill. The german was well from the service.

    Leider war das Essen nicht wie erwartet. Das Pulled Pork und die Spare Ribs waren wohl zu lange im Ofen und daher ziemlich trocken. Es gab auch zu wenig Soße dazu. Der Surf and Turf Burger war lecker. Die Getränke und Cocktails waren aber sehr gut.

    The burger was not spicy. A little bit to dry. The chicken wings und the nuggets were to spicy an hot. The Onion tower was very good. The grilled chicken salad was okay. The chicken was dry, but the cheese was very good. With the sauce from the Tower was the chicken good to eat. The service was friendly and helpful. The price is to high for the quality you get.

    Waren zu meinem Geburtstag mit den Kindern da. Bedienung war sehr feindlich und nett! Leider aber auch mit jedem Glas und Zettel einzel beschäftigt. Tische werden insgesamt nur sehr langsam abgeräumt wenn Gäste weg sind - dann sitzt man zwischen vermüllten Tischen. Und dann warten warten warten - bis wer kommt zum nachfragen, usw. Nach der Speisekarte für eine Nachspeise mussten wir fragen (statt die Bedienung) und dann dauert es wieder bis diese kommt. Und als wir dann mit allem fertig waren saßen wir ca 20 min vor dem leeren Geschirr bis wir zahlen konnten. Die wirklich nette Bedienung ging einfach für jedes Glas und jeden Zettel pro Tisch einzeln und hatte daher auch keine Zeit einmal zu uns zu schauen. Wie gesagt - freundlich und nett - aber kein Service. Andere Servicekräfte eher gelangweilt. Ich habe beim rausgehen einen Paar mit Kinderwagen die Tür aufgehalten - die 2 Typen am Empfang haben zugesehen und gewartet bis sie drin sind

    Da wir reserviert hatten, kamen wir gleich an unseren Tisch. Der Kellner war sehr nett und schnell. Er war gut gelaunt und das hat Spaß gemacht. Die Getränke kamen schnell genauso wie das Essen. Wir hatten jeweils einen Salt und die MC Cheese dazu. Der Salat war frisch zubereitet und war sehr sehr lecker! Wir waren zufrieden, wie jedesmal wenn wir hier vorbei kommen. Reservieren vorab lohnt sich immer. Vielen Dank!
