I had booked here for my twin boys birthday. We are from Lincoln so we came a long way. I was told there were no balloons left, so the boys had no balloons on the table, but there were other tables that had balloons. We were also promised a shout out for their birthday and no one sang to them. It was extremely busy in there with people hovering around in the entrance too. So was very crowded. It wasn’t the experience I was hoping for my boys.

Hello Danielle, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We love hearing from our guests whether positive or negative. On this occasion it looks like we have truly missed the mark and this is not our usual standard. We would like to send out apologies for lack of balloons and Birthday Shout Outs. We love to celebrate birthdays and this is not the standard we wish to set out to our guests missing out on their birthday celebrations. We will be sure to be following this up with the team who where on shift during your visit. We do indeed get quite busy, especially when Arena events are on like the Monster Trucks yesterday, we're sorry if this isn't what you were expecting. We have also contacted you privately on this matter, Kind regards, Team HRC Manchester

Had a great time celebrating New Year’s Eve. The band were excellent, great selection of Rock music, Singer was very entertaining. Our Server was 100% couldn’t do more for us, he is a credit to Hard Rock Cafe Manchester (so sorry forgot his name) but hopefully he will remember the Scottish couple sitting in The Royal Box 😂 Would definitely recommend celebrating New Years Eve at Hard Rock Cafe.

Looking at your booking information, I believe Stevie was your server that evening and I shall be sure to pass the compliments on to him. We look forward to seeing you again on your next visit.
Hard Rock Cafe - ManchesterResponded on January 4, 2026

Service very slow, run out of food items to order at 4pm. Got the order wrong and food not very good. Chips were oven chips and kept warm. Kids pizza was a microwave pizza. Expected far better. This is the worst Hard Rock Cafe we have visited. Not much memorabilia to see compared to other restaurants.

We compared it to the Hard Rock In Tenerife and it was disappointing. The food was overcooked and the portions were very small we won't be dining at the Manchester Hard Rock again. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was good, its very spacious.

Hello Jade, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear we missed the mark on this occasion. We do hope any issues you had with your food were bought up with the Manager on Duty during your visit as we don't like to see guests leave unsatisfied. We do hope you will give us another chance so we can show you how to really rock! Team HRC Manchester
