It was my daughter’s 16th birthday dinner and we had several of us and perhaps the best server we have had in a long time he did a fantastic job had amazing energy any mistake from the kitchen he was rapid and sincere just an overall excellent job on his part while keeping humor. The hostess was also friendly. Food was good just a slight undercooked salmon but no biggie got it handled so easily. Well done we will be back

The service was trash. Even though we had a reservation for our party, we were treated like walk-ins off the street. When we reminded them we had a reservation, the wait staff became very nasty. We left! Besides, the place was old, dingy, and did not smell very fresh!

We celebrated my nephew's 18th birthday at the Hard Rock and had a very good experience. The wait staff are excellent especially our server. He was patient, kind and efficient!!

We went here for my daughter’s 16th birthday and Eugene was AWESOME; he provided excellent service and entertainment with his dad humor. The hosts (the Bellas) worked hard to accommodate our party size, and the management checked in on us. Not to mention, the food was surprisingly delicious! All in all an excellent experience for all to be had! Thank you!

Took a long time to get drinks. I’d say about 15-20 minutes at the bar before we were approached. Our server Baldamar was great, just the host/bar staff could use improvement.

Disappointing! On the website and in the booking confirmation was said that there was live music and that wasn’t true. The food was overcooked and even burned. There were people screaming when watching a football game on the tv. The dinning room was disappointing. Not a good experience, unfortunately!

The restaurant is under staffed and our server had too many tables to serve. We had to remind her for different parts of our order. She never asked us about refills, but she was pleasant.

We had such a fun dinner! Our kids (ages 10-15) loved it. We loved our sever, Hunter, and the music was amazing. The service was great and we’ll definitely be coming again!

My mom came to town for Thanksgiving.. this was the worst dinner we have ever ate.. service sucked and the food was a joke.. we prepaid so it was 45ish dollars a plate! The lady talked the Thanksgiving meal up to us so much!! It was a total disappointment.. I feel we should get a refund.. the drinks we order were awful as well!! I’ll never return, thanks for ruining mine and my moms holiday!

The Thanksgiving dinner at HRC was VERY disappointing. For $40.00 + per person, the serving sizes were miniscule. The turkey was pretty good, but it was only 3 thin, small slices. The stuffing tasted exactly like Stove Top. The "roasted" vegetables were hard and crunchy. Instead of classic mashed potatoes, we got mashed sweet potatoes that tasted like weird poor quality orange juiced sweetened with fake sugar. The gravy was about 2 tablespoons worth, and the cranberry sauce tasted like nothing. And $10.00 extra for a slice of pie? Are you serious? I will not be returning for ANY meal at HRC ever.

It is always nice to dine in a Hard Rock cafe and discover what treasures adorn its walls. The HRC in Denver was a great place for a value meal and I can recommend this establishment for fans of the brand!

Food did not come out as ordered. Salad requested before came out with meal and still had two items on it requested off. Steak was well done when requested medium well. All tasted good. Stick with the burgers and nachos and I think you’ll be very happy.

I understand it is called the "Hard Rock Cafe" but does the hard rock have to be so loud? It was ridiculous! The food is extremely overpriced and very few menu options.

The food was so-so. The one salad that we had was really flavorless and had wilted greens. The music was indeed "hard" rock and really noisy. Not a good value for the money and dining experience.

The food and service was good. The live band that night were terrible. The feedback was awful as they thought playing loud was the same as playing well. It isn’t Please do not rebook them. Was there 3 nights earlier. That live band was superb.
