    Reservation was at 4 and there was to be a switch of servers. Took order. No margarita was delivered with the other orders and had to remind waitress twice about the order. Everyone ordered another round of drinks and again no margarita. Never received it and cancelled the second margarita and got the bill. It appeared that the waitress was covering several tables so it was not her fault. More waitresses needed. Cheese in the pretzel appetizer was cold and tasteless. All other food ordered was delicious!

    We really enjoyed our time at Hampton Social. The layout of the restaurant was fantastic with its large open windows to its well oriented seating. What made the dining experience great was the attentive staff. Upon entering, the Hostess was welcoming and very helpful introducing the menu to us and giving recommendations. Our waiter, IJ was on the spot. He was very friendly, and professional making sure we had a great dinner experience.

    It was very busy at 5:30 p.m. which was a surprise for us. It was also very loud which is always difficult for hearing impaired people . ( Not their fault) Although service was good, I think there might have been at least one more check back to the table…the waitress took my knife and I had to call someone to get a knife. The food wasn’t hot, basically warm. My scallops were not hot and my husband’s steak frites were tough and filled with sinew. For the price of this dinner there was disappointment. However, my wine was excellent.

    Francisco was top notch! He is knowledgeable and friendly, making even the pickiest eater I know step outside their comfort zone. Of course, accommodations for food allergies/vegan is always a plus for me. We celebrated a birthday and truly enjoyed our meal.
