I had not been to Bistro Elan and it is still one of my favorite restaurants. The mushroom soup was tremendous and the scallops fabulous. The chef and his staff provide the most unique, starters, tasty entrees and desserts. The waiters provide excellent service and are very friendly. I love Bistro Elam!
