Best Restaurants with a Notable Wine List in Southeast Portland

We had a wonderful dinner at Serratto! The food was absolutely delicious, with exceptional quality and beautifully prepared dishes. The staff was amazing—attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service without being intrusive. The restaurant was also spotless and well maintained, which added to the overall experience. Everything was top-notch, from the food to the service and atmosphere. We look forward to coming back. We enjoyed our dinner at Noble Rot! We ordered the Noble Salad and the hamburger with cheddar cheese, and both were very good. The burger was cooked exactly as requested, which we appreciated. Overall, the food and service made for a pleasant dining experience, though nothing particularly exceptional. The real standout was the incredible view, which truly elevated the evening and made the visit memorable.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food was all excellent this time even the dessert which I seldom eat. I love the fact that they employ a large number of runners to expedite the food delivery. One doesn't have to wait for anything.

Just a wonderful white linen table cloth dining experience. They accommodated my request of my wife's gluten intolerance and made the appropriate changes to the menu items. The chef's tasting menu was awesome and the service impeccable.
