Our friends day brunch was spectacular. Our waiter had been there 2 weeks and he was outstanding! Friendly, attentive, made great recommendations! Great conversation with him and no rushing. Awesome time. I wish I could remember his name 😊

One of the best steaks I have had which concurred with others at our table. Service outstanding. Augratin Potatoes need to made without the Rosemary??? in them as it takes away from the good flavor of the cheesy potatoes. Other than that, awesome experience.

Mariposa is a great place to dine before a show at the Knight Theater. I'm usually a wine guy but chose the "Spice Route" cocktail and loved the flavor. My wife had the Golden Coast Spritz and also loved her drink. We probably over ordered but enjoyed everything we had. The Duck Arepas was very good. The Greek potatoes were equally good. My wife enjoyed the Crab Cakes. Then came the Moroccan Pie. Oh my goodness what a dish. It was delicious with pork, honey, spices, and phyllo dough. Additionally, the service was incredible. Carlos was great but so was everyone else who interacted with us. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Best brunch spot in Charlotte. My friend and I had such a great time here. It was our first visit, and we were impressed. The food was delicious, and our server made the experience even better. They were knowledgeable, respectful, attentive, patient and incredibly helpful. We had the Birria Gnocchi but requested to make it spicy and it took it to another level, I’m still thinking about it today. The matcha and pistachio pancakes were so good, so soft and not super sweet like other brunch places. The steak was perfectly seasoned. Everything was wonderful, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Don’t even think twice, just go and enjoy this Colombian cuisine. Highly recommend!
