Because it was my birthday, I was given a complimentary glass of nectar and the chef came out to describe each of the dishes to me. The attention to detail was wonderful and the pastry chef even wrote a happy birthday wish on the plate. The ambience was simply beautiful. There was a perfect mix of savory and sweet, and the tea (I picked the King Edward blend) was delicious.
