    A friend and I visited Rincon38 to catch up during their happy hour (3-5pm). We were the only ones in the restaurant at that hour so it was lovely. There was a little music playing but other than that we could easily have a conversation. We've gone there many times and their food is always absolutely delicious, service is always friendly with a smile and just attentive enough to take good care of you without ever seeming like someone is hovering. We will go back again and again.
