The very first bite of the smoked salmon initial course, and we knew we had encountered something very special....never tasted anything like it. Each ensuing dish was exceptional....wonderful balanced flavors, and all perfectly proportioned. My wife said it best the next day: "I would have that again...in a heartbeat!"
