    We had Jules as our server and he was outstanding! Both of us agreed the wagyu 200g steak was the best steak we’ve ever eaten. Even the greens were delicious. It was expensive but oh so worth it!! Can’t recommend enough if you like steak and find yourself in Sydney. Our booking was at 5.30pm so nice and quiet too.

    Two of us had the fish pie - tasty, packed with seafood in a creamy sauce and topped with mash. Piping hot and straight from the oven. Two had the seafood spaghettini special. Also excellent. Service was great and being upstairs in the bistro was perfect for our catch up. A different feel to the pub downstairs, so depending on the atmosphere you are looking for, you may want the rustic pub feel over the bistro upstairs. Both are fab.

    We came back for the exceptional steak and to die for Brulee! Neither disappointed! We will absolutely be back again. Beautiful restaurant lovely staff

    A brilliant vegetarian dinner! So inventive .. beats everything I have recently experienced! Excellent Muscadet but very disappointing red wine from the Canary Islands - avoid! $1200 for 5 people including a bottle of Champagne, a bottle of white and a bottle of red.
