All of our fish is purchased whole and processed in our custom designed Fish Butchery just down the road from the restaurant.     An absolutely unforgettable dining experience. Every dish was executed to perfection by the head chef, with incredible attention to detail, flawless technique, and beautifully balanced flavours. You could really feel the passion and precision that went into every plate. The service was equally outstanding. The wait staff were warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, and every interaction added to the experience. One of the highlights of the evening was having a front-row view of the open kitchen. Watching the chefs work with such focus, teamwork, and precision was completely mesmerising and added another level of appreciation for the artistry behind each dish.

    We loved the idea of being able to order from a small monitor at our table, which gave a good description of what you were getting, and being able to order when you felt like the next round of food. Food was delicious, lots to choose from and very tasty. Service was really quick and it seemed like many people go there to celebrate birthdays, yet the noise was not over the top and it was easy to have a conversation. The other good thing about the monitor was you could easily keep an eye on how much you were spending. We will definitely go back.
