I was simultaneously trying to get out of an awful mood AND celebrate the closing of a show I was working on…so I booked a last minute reservation tonight. It was JUST what I needed! I had the Petal + Root adaptogenic drink (delish!), the slow roasted meatloaf (was craving that kind of comfort meal and it hit the spot! Did order a side of extra gravy because I was craving a little more…surcharge = boo, worth it, though? Absolutely!), and the strawberry shortcake cheesecake to go (took a bite - or two - at the restaurant and it was delish). Thank you, Millworks - and my server Chris, especially - for a delicious meal on the first day of my birthday month. Dining here was such a great gift to myself! Cheers and looking forward to next time!

Rose was an amazing server. She went above and beyond to make me feel special while celebrating 6 years cancer free! Received a congrats dessert plate at the end of our meal! She is the sweetest server I think I've ever had.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Amazing Experience & Outstanding Service! We had such a wonderful experience at The Melting Pot in Harrisburg! A huge shoutout to our server, Cam, who was absolutely AMAZING! He was incredibly charismatic, friendly, attentive, and made our entire evening even more enjoyable. His personality really stood out, and you can tell he genuinely cares about making his guests feel welcome and taken care of. He constantly checked on us, made sure our water glasses were always full, and paid attention to all the little details without ever making us feel rushed. That level of hospitality truly makes a difference! The Melting Pot is already such a fun and unique dining experience, but having someone like Cam makes it even more memorable. He is definitely an asset to the restaurant! We will absolutely be back, and we would love to have him as our server again. Highly recommend! ❤️🫕

Went there for our 32nd anniversary dinner. Best cheesecake of my life! Churro cheesecake also the best appetizer baked brie with fig, jam, and sliced pears with greens on flatbread. It was amazing. My husband loved his meal as well. He had the scallops wrapped in prosciutto. They had a little chef special tasters as well that were divine puff pastries with turkey and something wonderful. The staff was so friendly and helpful, but not in your face. First class all the way. Highly recommend.

This was our first experience at The Barn and it was amazing. The ambience was exactly what we prefer. It was comfortable, homey and we could have sat there through the evening. The food is excellent as was the service. My husband had the venison rack which said was superb and I had the filet which was excellent. We will definitely be back. It is worth the trip.

Amazing food, excellent service, and an elegant atmosphere! They made my birthday feel so special with a complimentary dessert, a sparkler candle, and a personalized menu with my name and “Happy Birthday” on it. Such thoughtful touches—you don’t find that everywhere. A wonderful experience!!
