Unique atmosphere and experience. We enjoyed every minute of the place. Amazing Waiter (Sarahi), Chef, Art, and Food. The food was outstanding, exquisite. I can't elaborate enough, so glad we found the place.

When in the Libertyville area, we often make reservations here for lunch or dinner. While we have chosen several entrees, we recommend the Pesce al Vino Bianco featured on the Specials menu. The entree is prepared in a white wine sauce unlike any other. Presented over linguini nestled with artichokes, onions and cherry tomatoes, it is a delight you deserve.

Nice bistro atmosphere. Escargot was very good although we had to use the bread in the bread basket for dipping into the garlic butter. Steak and fish entrees were pretty good as well.

First time visiting LAGO. It exceeded our expectations!, Food, service, and the experience was great. The Sunday Dinner Special is great! It was a birthday celebration for my wife and they acknowledged it and our server, Vince brought her a cannoli dessert. His service as well as the entire staff was excellent and attentive. We couldn’t have been more pleased with a new restaurant experience. We will most certainly return.
