Like always very friendly waiter’s and delicious food

This was our second visit and like the first, it was outstanding.

Food and service are outstanding and we returned a second night to dine. The presentation is as attractive as the food is fresh and flavorful.

It was an amazing experience food-wise. I loved the atmosphere and the food was really exciting and new. Some combinations felt very Japanese inspired while the resulting taste was very German. The bread was spectacularly good. I had a wine pairing with the menu and was beyond impressed with the choices—especially loved the foray into Czech wine. I do wish that there was some small explanation of the dishes on the menu (it seems to only list main ingredients) but perhaps they want to encourage a dialogue with the service staff, which was outstanding and very helpful. One small negative note: not all plates were optimally salted. This did not impact my overall enjoyment of the meal.

Excellent beef cheek and local apple strudel. Definitely recommend the liquor distilled from the local beer - very smooth and flavorful.
