I love eating here. It transforms into a quaint little Italian eatery in a Colorado strip mall. The food is amazing. It is my favorite Italian restaurant in our area.

This was our first visit to Stella's Cucina and it was perfect. The food was delicious. The portions were a nice size, and the presentation beautiful. Our visit to Stella's was one to remember, the ambiance was enjoyable and the personnel so attentive. We will be back for sure.

Chose to eat out at the last minute. Selected Martini Bistro, it was our second time, we both enjoyed the food, and service. This restaurant seems to be consistent and will certainly return in the near future. We both recommend you visit it for an enjoyable meal.

Four of us ordered different plates and everything was absolutely fantastic. All highly recommended: Waygu steak frittes, short rib, chicken pot pie (deconstructed), and salmon. When things didn't go well, the waiter Ken and manager Matt, made sure to make things perfect. Prices are high, so this is a special occasion restaurant, and well worth it.
