Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Summerlin

Zaytinya was a full experience! We spent two hours trying different plates and beverages without any rush. Herman was our waiter and he was amazing! He had great suggestions, checked on us often, and always had a smile. The support staff was also great with explaining what each dish was, keeping our water full, etc. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and welcoming. The food was amazing! So much fresh flavor and texture. It was the perfect amount to allow us to try several different dishes. It was exactly what we wanted!

We went for a birthday celebration on a Friday at lunch time. It was surprisingly not very busy. Maybe because Friday is the only weekday they are open for lunch. All our dishes were very well prepared and delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. They allowed the birthday gal to choose any dessert she wanted from the menu. Now that's how you make someone feel special. The only other time I was there was for dinner and it was an equally good experience.

The best French restaurant in Vegas. Chef Yuri changes his innovative menu monthly and it never disappoints. I have been to Partage numerous times and always go whenever I visit Vegas. The service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

A Night We'll Never Forget ★★★★★ My husband and I had dinner at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon on October 19, 2026, and it ended up being our favorite meal of the whole Vegas trip. That's saying a lot. We sat at the 34-seat counter facing the kitchen, and I'm so glad we did. Watching the chefs work was like watching a performance. They're calm and precise, and every plate gets so much attention before it goes out. The atmosphere is intimate and a little magical, and you can feel how much they care about every detail. I had the vegetarian menu and my husband had the full standard menu, and neither of us had a single dish we didn't love. Everything was beautiful to look at and even better to eat. The delicate pumpkin soup and the zucchini and eggplant "mille-feuille" are still on my mind, and the fig dessert was the perfect way to end the night. My husband was just as happy with his courses. We kept stopping to show each other our plates. Our sommelier was a highlight too. We told him about a vineyard that's very special to us, and from that alone he found us a bottle we loved. It felt personal, like he'd been listening and not just selling. I honestly can't say enough good things about this restaurant. If you're in Vegas and want a dinner you'll remember, sit at the counter and let them take care of you.
