Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in North Beach

I posted a dinner and brunch review in the past month with pictures, so I am not going to do another meal review. What I can add, but perhaps not explain, is the magic of Hilda and Jesse. After finishing our meal last night, including new dishes because the people in the restaurant recognized we had been in recently and wanted us to have some new dishes, I took a few minutes to just look around the restaurant at everyone dining. What I saw was joy. It was the magic of people connecting over the shared experience of new tastes and conversations around food and drink. People were having fun, enjoying their dining companions and at ease in the moment. This is a special place. And the special mushroom preparation was absolutely amazing!

Amazing dining experience! The food and cocktails were so delicious. Lobster risotto, duck, and scallops are all a must try. Louisiana butter cake was delicious as well.

Everything was delicious! The smoked chili oysters were unreal, a favorite - can’t wait to go back.

Food was incredible. Flavor profiles and texture was subtle but decadent. Loved the ambience as well. Very intimate and polished. Noise level was a little loud but I didnt mind. Its nice not having conversations for everyone to hear. Overall, amazing experience. First time and definitely not the last. Thank you trestle.

Team has excellent service and wonderful food. They have a delicious tasting menu that we very much enjoyed.
