My wife and I dined at Eddie Merlot's, in Lincolnshire, for my birthday. The ambiance, food and service were exemplary. Our server, Steven, was polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The cocktails, appetizers, entrees and dessert were wonderful. This is a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion or a romantic dinner date. We will be returning again.

We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and when we arrived at the table a little Birthday card from the team was awaiting us. The food was quite tasty and our server was very friendly and hospitable. As a final touch a little chocolate cake was given as a dessert for our daughter on the house.
