★★★★★ Our favorite restaurant in Paris—an unforgettable birthday dinner! We celebrated my wife Ana Maria’s birthday at Charbone, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The food, the service, and the beautiful setting made this one of the highlights of our time in Paris. Everything we ate was outstanding, from the caviar with crisp potatoes and cream to the sole meunière and Chateaubriand with pepper sauce. The sole was beautifully prepared, and the apple tart was a wonderful finish to the meal. Even the presentation, with elegant silver platters and candlelight, added to the occasion. What made the evening especially memorable was the service. The team’s warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made us feel so welcome and made Ana Maria’s birthday feel truly special. That personal care is what stays with you long after dinner. Of all the restaurants we enjoyed during our Paris visit, Charbone was our favorite. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful celebration and a memory we’ll always treasure. We would return in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our evening with Chez Loulou. We received the warmest welcome on arrival and a fantastic table in the window. The food was amazing, from my youngest son’s Provençal pasta to my eldest son’s tagine. The live jazz soirée just put the icing on the cake. Highly recommended to everyone for a real treat in the Beaubourg district of Paris.

Food was amazing. Service was spectacular and the drinks were great, but the star of the show was our server Anna. She made sure we were taken care of, she made great recommendations and she has such an awesome personality. We are coming back before our trip ends for another amazing meal and time.

We went to Serpent a Plume and three of us ordered Pepper Steak. I paired it with an excellent Pinot Noir. We enjoyed a very refined dining experience and everyone was very happy that we chose this restaurant for our last night in Paris.

We had the most spectacular birthday celebration at Les Bascules! The menu and srrvice was perfect and the evening was made so memorable by all the staff. Will live in my memiory for a very long time!
