Everything was fantastic! From the person who seated us and patiently accommodated our indecision about where to sit to our server and the other staff who assisted, we had a lovely evening. The food was delicious and served fresh and hot, in just the right amount of time after we ordered. Our server, Danielle, was so pleasant and attentive from start to finish. Our second round of drinks took a bit long to arrive but the restaurant was busy at that point. Excellent quality of food and drink and portion sizes too. We also greatly appreciated the intimate atmosphere, and especially no loud music (that has become a problem at many restaurants). This was our first visit and it won't be our last; we're just sorry we waited so long to try The Buttery.

I had a wonderful dinner here on Halloween night! The restaurant was so festively decorated with cute little niches full of carved pumpkins and seasonal displays. My server, Marco, was outstanding—efficient, attentive, and very personable. He made sure my water glass was never empty and brought out a sweet birthday tray featuring their famous Boston cream pie. For dinner, I had the French onion soup and a Caesar salad. The soup was piping hot and flavorful, and the Caesar dressing was delicious. The Parker House really knows how to do it right!

Our server was incredible! I think his name was Travis. He was so helpful, so polite and kind. I’m sorry if I got his name wrong but such a great server!! And the manager was very kind to us when she asked us to move a chair she also comped our desert! So thoughtful!
