Best Restaurants for Quiet Conversation in Guelph

Great night out! Chantelle was outstanding. Extremely responsive to the elderly, disabled and children. Not to mention adults. Food was delicious, company was great and Jacks was top notch for an excellent dining experience. I always post pictures, so I won’t disappoint. Quite honestly, our experience was delightful.

The menu has something for every taste, and every appetite. I went with the half priced oysters--and honestly, I don't know anywhere in Mississauga that has this deal! Then had the Sea Bream--absolutely delicious. Tender, moist, and hot! My guest had oysters and the evening's noodle special (great to see they have evening meal specials!)--he said the entree was outstanding. Definitely an elevated menu, and prices that reflect that. Wine assortment is limited, but decent. Beers are mostly craft beers, which really gives the bar a cool vibe. Service was impeccable. Definitely a "go to" place.

We had a new waitress who was awesome. Food was great and quick.

We were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary along with our guests. We had the 4 Course Chef’s Tasting dinner.. The Food was delicious from the beginning to the end. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was a fun evening.

Spectacular service after catching a play uptown! Staff were friendly and went out of the way to be helpful at every turn. Servings were large, food was delicious and never had to wait long for anything. Best staff that I’ve seen in a chain restaurant in a long time - highly recommend this if you find yourself in Stratford!
