The owner also came around and introduced him self. Sat for dinner. Had the pork chop for dinner. It was probably the best pork chop I have ever had. Wait staff was excellent All in all. Started with the beet & arugula salad and the french onion soup; both were delicious. Manager came over and thanked us for dining here and offered us a crostini with their local fig jam and whipped feta on top; I believe they also offer this dish as an appetizer and would get it next time! I had the Verlasso Salmon for my main and was the perfect fall meal that came with a sautéed mix of sweet potato, apples, and kale in an almost cider sauce. Exactly what I wanted in a nice warm cozy meal that coincides with the restaurants' aesthetic. If I wasn't full I would have definitely gotten desert.
