This was the best dining experience we’ve had in a long time. From check in to paying the check everyone was super attentive. The restaurant manager came by our table a couple of times to check in. They gave us a free birthday dessert with a candle. I mean every thing was impeccable and the food was amazing. I am a tough food critic (high standards) and every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. Thank you Teleferic!

Mastro’s is one of our top favorites, especially for special occasions. The last couple of times have been disappointing though, mainly with the service being subpar and not what would be expected from a restaurant of this caliber. Our visit last night though was wonderful. Brianna, assisted by Mark (I believe that’s his name), were both very friendly and attentive. They gave us the type of service that aligns with Mastro’s. In addition, it was an extra nice touch to receive a voice message from the restaurant today, thanking us for our visit last night. Our faith has definitely been restored, and we’ll be happily returning and requesting Brianna.

Absolutely incredible experience! We went for their three-course tasting menu during their special week, and every single dish was phenomenal. The meat was so tender, and the flavors were truly out of this world. Words honestly don’t do it justice! A huge shout-out to Chef Carlos and his entire team for creating such an amazing experience. You can truly taste the passion and talent in every bite. We can’t recommend it enough!
