Best Restaurants for Anniversaries in California

Our waitress was fantastic, and we sat right by the front window in the corner.

Theo’s is routinely the best spot in St. Michael’s.

The food was great. The restaurant was pretty full for a Tuesday night, but that did not affect the quality of the food or service.

China has always been our favorite — Chef Chris does an outstanding job, and Kenney always at the top of his game in the kitchen. The food can’t be beat. Server Michael is a steady, professional, pleasant guy — a very sharp and conscientious young man who does a terrific job always. Fernando always carries the ball well, always knows the ingredients of the item he’s serving, always upbeat. Carlos is very conscientious, responsive, and attentive. The team up front is friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. The bartenders are always knowledgeable and eager to please. The bathrooms are always clean and maintained. In short, China Chilcano offers great food (among the best in the DMV) and service; all the staff are responsive and professional. Highly recommend

The food was good and the atmosphere was excellent. Perfect weather that day so we ate outside. I was surprised the waitress only offered water to drink. Was the bar not open? No soda or tea? That part was strange but everything else was awesome
