This was an unexpected surprise! From start to finish it was an outstanding experience starting with the service. Our waiter Jeff was completely attentive and engaging and we appreciated his suggestions and feedback on menu items. The gentleman assisting who was making sure our water was never empty and our utensils were always new was also extremely courteous and attentive. I did not get his name which I am sorry about. He might know who he is though! We also sat near the window where the woman was making the unbelievably delicious croissant like bread and want to shout her out also for working so diligently and making the beautiful bread. Thank you to the chefs and everyone who cooked our food because it was the best meal we have had in LV and we have been to many of the best spots. The Hamachi Crudo was a highlight! The coconut sauce was delicious and the fish very buttery. We even dunked the bread in the sauce because we did not want to leave any in the bowl! Perfect Cosmo and Gin and Tonic, lovely wine. DJ was at just the right noise level and also an unexpected and very fun surprise. The ambience and the room itself was gorgeous! Thank you for such a memorable Monday evening!!we will definitely be back!!!
