Best Lunch Restaurants in Morningside, Miami - Dade

First time eating at DOYA. The restaurant is inviting and has an overall cool and comfortable vibe. It was an awesome experience. Our waiter Enez was attentive, explained the menu, offered recommendations and went out of his way to assist with wine recommendations as I am very picky. We thought the pricing was reasonable based on where we are…no random “service charge” which many Miami restaurants are known to add just because. The only small issue we had was my husband’s gin & tonic wasn’t the way he liked it, but they got it right on the third try which is why they still got 5 stars! Food was delicious. We will be back to try other dishes on our next trip!

I took me and my wife out to Contessa for dinner since it was our anniversary and she fell in love with the restaurant. We ordered the whipped ricotta as a appetizer and it was a 10/10, for our main dish she ordered spicy lobster capellini and there’s a reason why it’s one of their most popular dish, as for me I ordered the macaroni with wild boar ragu and it was delicious. Our server was very attentive and helpful with recommendations from the menu. Overall our experience was a 10/10.

We participated in the mango gang reboot! And what a reboot was! It was an outstanding night. Every dish served was delicious! Congratulations to Michael, Norman, Cindy, Alan, and Justin for an outstanding evening! Thanks to Alex for the great service (and the whole team). Until next time!

Probably one of the best establishments I’ve been to in a while. Ambiance and food hit the spot. Not big on the hookah but I get it. Everything else over shadowed it. The wait staff was cool , the food was delicious and the prices were appropriate. My wife wants to go to Motek across the street but I’m glad we stuck with Ziva. Definitely recommending and returning.
