The service was very friendly and the menu had an even longer cocktail and beer list than the food menu. Hubs gave that a thumbs up. Way to go! Our pastrami Sammy’s were delicious, saved half for lunch. Will be going back soon.More infoThe Refuge - San MateoPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• San Mateo•4.5

Trapeze is great for a special night out. The ambiance and location are charming and the service attentive, but not overbearing.More infoTrapeze Restaurant - BurlingamePrice: Moderate• Italian• Burlingame•4.7

She explained the menus and specials of the day. Ricky was our server and he was the best! I was craving Fisherman’s Wharf style Cioppino and I was not disappointed!! It was rich in tomato flavor with spices, scallops, 3 kinds of fish, clams, mussels, crab with a bottom layer of fettuccine and garlic bread. I would say this was one of the best Cioppinos I’ve in years! My wife ordered the Lobster and Crab Ravioli with red sauce. She loved it as the tomato sauce had a kick to it! It was cooked perfectly! Portions were perfect!More infoRustic House - San CarlosPrice: Expensive• Seafood• San Carlos•4.7
- KKarenSan Francisco Bay Area •23 reviews4.0Dined on Oct 27, 2024Fifteen of us were warmly welcomed for lunch at two tables. With a vast menu, the gluten-free person and the vegetarian at our table were satisfied. The food was brought quickly and overall was very flavorful. I enjoyed the fish with veggies. The salt & pepper tofu was crispier than I’ve had but tasty. Overall, everyone enjoyed the afternoon.More infoCrouching Tiger RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Chinese• Redwood City•4.1
