Booked here last min before seeing a show at the Sphere. The birria empanadas were amazing as well as the entrees which included the fajitas which were delish as well. Drinks were expertly served but the standout was the service. Exceptional service all around from our waitress, hostess, bus and servers who catered to our every need throughout the meal. Would highly recommend.

First time dining at Baja Miguel’s and it definitely will not be the last. The wait staff was excellent and the food was impeccable! We truly enjoyed our experience.

Outstanding dinner at Amaya inside The Cosmopolitan! Every dish exceeded our expectations. The guacamole and warm chips were delicious, the sea bass and bluefin tuna ceviches were exceptionally fresh, and the charred octopus was smoky and tender. Exceptional vegetarian options as well. Service was attentive, friendly, and perfectly paced. Beautiful ambiance and vibrant energy. A must-visit in Las Vegas—we will definitely be back on our next trip!

We stopped in for a quick dinner before catching a show, and Dominic and Rod made our night easy and fun! Everything was delicious and perfect for sharing with our group of six. We had the whole bird, mash, greens, burnt ends, BLT stacks, cornbread, street corn, peanut butter pie, and strawberry shortcake. The burnt ends and peanut butter pie were the standouts—we definitely should’ve ordered more of both! Great food, fantastic service, and they got us out in plenty of time for our show.
