Bubble Bliss is a hidden gem in Paris. From the old world cellar vibe, to the bubble glass lit ceiling, it was adorable. The champagne was wonderful from boutique houses and the food fabulous as well. I wish I lived closer, as I would be here every week! Cheers!

You feel right at home the moment you walk in. Now, the food — Chef Ambroise truly blew us away. The dishes are refined, generous, and the truffle is handled with real expertise. You can actually taste the product; nothing is hidden or overdone. Every course was a little moment of pure pleasure. And then there's Martin, the maître d', who really deserves a special mention. His wine pairings were spot-on, surprising at times, and he takes the time to explain everything without ever being pretentious.
