Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Pawling

It was excellent. The service is superb and the food was delicious. They have a waterfall out back and we could hear it from the dining room. It was fantastic.

As someone who regularly dines in NYC, I was pleasantly surprised by how good Fishkill Prime was. Service was fantastic and the food was delicious at an affordable price. Octopus appetizer was cooked perfectly, bread service was generous and their tomato/olive oil dipping sauce was great. Will definitely come back anytime we’re in the Hudson valley area.

We had a truly exceptional dinner at Winvian. The food was exquisite from start to finish...beautifully prepared, thoughtful, and memorable without ever feeling fussy. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance: simple, elegant, warm, and quietly refined. The staff was outstanding as well...attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being overly formal, and clearly proud of the experience they help create. Every detail felt considered. And of course, the setting is hard to beat. The farm itself is bucolic and peaceful, adding so much to the overall atmosphere. It made the entire evening feel special, relaxed, and unmistakably Connecticut. A wonderful dining experience all around.
